Terms and conditions of use 

Article 1: Subject


These GCU or General Terms and Conditions of Use provide a legal framework for the use of the adapta-paris.com website services.

Access to the site constitutes a contract between ADAPTA and the User and must be preceded by acceptance of these GTCU. Access to this platform implies acceptance of these GCU.  

Article 2: Legal information


The ADAPTA website is published by ADAPTA, a company registered in the SIREN register under number 842 228 009, whose registered office is located at 52 Quai JEMMAPES, 75010, Paris 10, France.

The adapta-paris.com website is hosted by Odoo SA, whose registered office is at Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

Article 3: Site access


The adapta website provides free access to the following service:

The site can be accessed free of charge from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs incurred in accessing the services (computer hardware, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.

Despite regular updates, the site cannot be held liable for any changes in administrative or legal provisions that may occur after publication. If, due to a stock error, the article is no longer available for sale, Adapta undertakes to refund the amount of the transaction, without any further compensation.

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The commencement of use of the site's services marks the application of the contract to the User.

This contract is governed by French law. Should any dispute between the parties fail to be resolved amicably, recourse shall be had to the competent French courts to settle the dispute.
